In 2023, the CDC Foundation funded community organizations and local health departments across the country to pilot an initial set of OMM indicators. These projects explored how OMM indicators could be used to help communities measure the impact of their overdose prevention efforts, identify actionable insights, and amplify their impact of their work. Each project offers a unique example of how communities are using data-driven approaches to better understand challenges and advance solutions through OMM. Learn more about their projects below.
