The Overdose Indicators included on this page are designed to help you assess the effectiveness of your programs for all people in your community, especially those who have been disproportionately impacted by overdose.
To help you find the indicators most relevant to you, we have organized them into smaller subsets tailored to specific user groups. Additionally, indicators are categorized by data type (quantitative vs. qualitative) and grouped into the following categories: harm reduction, health access, stigma reduction, linkage to care, partnerships and peer workforce support. As you explore these indicators, consider your organization’s goals, which indicators are most relevant to your work and how you plan to use these indicators to reduce overdoses.
To get started, you can search for indicators using a text search or by using any of the filter options. To learn more about each indicator, click on the “View Indicator Profile” icon.
